Are we threatened with a kind of creative inflation? What are the artists of the future, and what is the art of the future? – are just some of the questions that will be discussed at the AI in the world of film panel discussion at this year’s Star Film Fest.
AI (Artificial intelligence), the ability of a device to imitate human activities such as reasoning, learning, planning and creativity, has stirred up human daily life in recent years and has become one of the key factors that will decide the future of creativity. The computer receives data (which has already been prepared or collected using its own sensors, e.g. a camera), processes it and gives answers, but can one of these answers be decisive for the creative process of creating art as we know it today, including the film industry?
What will the art of the future be reduced to? Will artists become programmers? Who will own the copyright in that case? Experts in artificial intelligence, Martina Silov and Petra Horvatović, lawyer specialized in artificial intelligence, Marijana Šarolić Robić and director and producer Bobby Boško Grubić will talk about this and more at the panel discussion on this years Star Film Fests 10th edition.
The panel discussion will be held on Saturday, September 2nd on the Vladimir Nazors promenade starting at 3:00 p.m. The program is free, and if you want to ensure your place in the audience, you can announce your arrival by filling out the online form.
