We opened the fifth Star Film Festival – a movie festival under the starry sky of Sisak.
At the usual location of the Old Town, guests were welcomed by Martina Sabljak and Darko Ružec with their film music performances.
Visitors were able to see the exhibition “Transmissiality of shots”, a selection from the film cycle Dore Hanžek.
The beautiful ambience, relaxing music and the lighting in the Star Film Fest tones made an excellent atmosphere and an introduction to the opening and the first film screenings.
Ten competitive films, two blocks, relaxing themes and some with a stronger message, such as the Madre de Luna, are shown, which is the first day of the competition with the highest winning potentials.
For those who werent able to come, the team made sure they could enjoy a live broadcast, and Domagoj Topić our director of live broadcasting was warmly welcomed by a “local
neighborhood kid“ actor Asim Ugljen.
After the projection, the audience was entertained by the Tixir Duo, for the end of the program of the first day of the festival.
